Frame Lab operates this tool and its original framing guides. It is not affiliated with YouTube or Google. Use videos you have permission to process. This site does not download YouTube links.

Media, filenames and previews remain in this browser tab. Processing uses WebCodecs and a self-hosted copy of Mediabunny 1.56.3, with no account or server upload. Clearing the video or closing the tab releases the files and results held by the tool; downloaded files remain on your device. Descriptive source tags are not copied, but this is not a forensic metadata-removal service.

Output is MP4 with H.264 video and AAC when the source has audio. An unsupported audio track stops conversion; silent sources are allowed. Video is re-encoded at 30 fps, not lossless. HEVC, HDR, unusual color, rotation metadata and variable frame rates depend on device support. Keep your original and check the result.

Analytics is off by default. Only after permission does Google Analytics measure visits and successful conversions, errors and download clicks, separating sample use from your own files. No filenames, media, dimensions, clip times, results or raw error messages are sent. Query strings are removed from page URLs; referrers retain only the origin. Test traffic uses separate events.

Analytics processes connection and device information and cookie identifiers; it is not fully anonymous. Google signals and ad personalization are disabled. Analytics cookies last up to 60 days and your choice 90 days. Decline below any page to stop later events and remove site analytics cookies. Previously sent data is not automatically erased.

Local browser storage holds your consent, a test-device marker and up to 12 hashes of generated sample files so reloaded samples are not counted as normal use. It stores no personal videos or filenames. Cloudflare still handles ordinary connection logs. Ads require AdSense review and applicable consent setup; ads are currently disabled.

The sample is an original synthetic animation of colored corners, a timestamp and a generated tone. Guides show the rule-check date. A successful conversion is not proof of YouTube upload acceptance or guaranteed traffic.

Tool limits: 200 MiB input, source up to 10 min; Shorts output up to 3 min, landscape up to 5 min, also limited to 100 MiB output. 30 fps. Desktop Chrome / Edge recommended. These are not YouTube upload limits.
